April 2
Harvesting the wheat.
John 12:24 ‘Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abides alone: but if it die, it brings forth much fruit.’
Jesus did not seek to find the religious;
He came to seek those who were lost.
His death took away our sin;
His resurrected life brought forth a harvest of new life.
The presence of God does not dwell in buildings;
the life of Christ dwells in His people.
There is a harvest to be brought in;
a harvest of new life in Christ.
All who will receive Him are part of the harvest.
He does not send His people with a message of condemnation;
He sends us with the message of new life in Jesus.
